Raggi granules for breakfast
Good for breakfast. Healthy for diabetics and other patients. Even healthy food eaters will love it. It keeps you full for longer. It is in granular form reddish brown in colour. One can have it immediately after putting it in milk but tastes better if soaked for 5 minutes.

Didn't like the taste nor size of the flakes
Didn't like the taste. Size of the flakes is too small. From another company the jowar flakes were much better tasting and of decent size to munch plain also as a snack. But quantity is good enough.
