Extremeley Disappointed with product -But NOT Tech Support (Hugh)
I had originally gave a 1 star overall rating which I meant for the product, NOT the Hugh the support Technician. Since it looks like I gave Hugh the one star, I have corrected it here by choosing the 5 stars.I give FIVE STARS to Hugh from Tech supportI give ONE star for the product at this point in time. See comments below.At this point I am not going to leave a full review. I will do that in the future. I am giving the company (ZOSI) a chance to make good on what I was told (that they are working on fixes for their motion detection and their app). The app unfortunately does not let you adjust sensitivity amongst other things that you should be able to do and the app is not as intuitive as other camera system apps. The motion detection goes off for such things as the change from dusk to dawn no matter how you adjust the sensitivity. I have even moved and repositioned the cameras. This review is about their Tech Support. The Tech Support person that I have been dealing with is Hugh. Hugh is one of the best Tech Support people I have ever encountered. I myself come from a Tech Support background, so I have some insight on how Tech Support people should always be honest, treat people with care and keep up to date with the knowledge of the product they are supporting. Hugh, excels in ALL of these areas. He has always been honest with me whether the answer was good or bad. He has never tried to sugar coat the issues. If the issue is known he tells you so. He does NOT pretend that it is the first time he is hearing the issue. I respect that and when you are told the truth, I believe you have a higher tolerance to wait and give time for a company to find a fix for known issues. Hugh has excellent knowledge of the product and shows a true, genuine concern on the issues you ask him about. He has always answered my emails promptly and has given me workable answers to my questions that allows me to at least have limited use the product until they fix their other known issues. Thank you, Hugh. I hope your company recognizes how valuable you are to them.

Camera quality isn't great in low light
System is easy enough to setup. I didn't find a way to view with a PC app, only mobile (maybe there is I just didn't look).It shows good in bright light and good enough in the dark. However, the in-between areas (e.g. in a garage) the quality isn't good. I replaced a 5 year old camera with this one and it showed a lot darker

Zosi customer service is a nightmare
It was super nice my camera system came within just a few days, but as soon as I set it up it kept re-setting the dvr. From day 1 it reset multiple times per day. Amazon would only refund me if I sent back the system. It took about 3 months for me to be able to get a response from zosi company. They work like 11pm- 7am, and NO ONE IS AVAILABLE DURING THE DAY!After finally around 3 months I messaged the company for the 5th or 6th time and finally got a response, they told me to change all the cords (at my own cost) which I did, wanted me to unplug it for an hour then plug it back in to see if that works, replace the hard drive (at my own cost), and finally to update the system. Let me tell you to update these is a nightmare!At the end of almost a week corresponding through email finally they replaced the dvr.If it weren't for the fact I needed the cameras I would have sent them back, but it was ridiculous to have to deal with this company. This is my 2nd zosi camera system in 4 years (I dropped the first one and broke it)Very disappointedI'll be looking for a new brand with my next camera systemUPDATE:They did replace the first dvr for my camera system and my new dvr is doing the same thing. Constantly rebooting and when I NEEDED the cameras I'm missing hours of the footage. I'm definitely looking at other company's for new cameras. I'm missing over 5 hours from 1 morning alone.UpdateI'm now on dvr #3 and EVERY ONE OF THEM CONSTANTLY RESETS! I want my money back for the crappy camera system.I wish I could do negative starsUPDATEI'm on dvr #4. They kept sending me replacements because my dvr would constantly reset and wasn't recording. I made them send a different dvr model the last time and this last one so far is ok

Easy Install and Resolution is Great
During the evaluation process to find out if my existing surveillance camera system compatible with Zosi’s DVR and cameras, Zosi’s customer service rep. Slina provided excellent service to me during the decision making process in selecting a new surveillance camera system. I had quite a few technical questions and Slina helped answer my questions. After learning more of my needs, Slina helped make a recommendation on the Zosi product. During the installation process, one camera screw was lost which is a rare type that I could not find in the U.S. major hardware stores. I asked Slina if I could buy some extra screws from Zosi. She immediately worked with their operations team and sent several screws to me free of charge. I truly appreciate her valued assistance throughout the process.The resolution of the cameras is clear. The system integrates with our existing cameras well. At this time, we are satisfied with the Zosi system.

The customer service team Matt, echo and others are absolutely sensational on helping with any problems u may encounter with any of the product they carry...I myself have 2 8 ch 3k dvr systems and encountered a data problem and and the team spent countless nights helping me figure the problem out till it was resolved and I'm very thankful for that and them and they strive to make the products a better more affordable alternative system then the over priced security systems companies... very exceptional team they have with this company...tt
