Material is like an extremely cheap car cover. Very stiff and cheap looking.

I bought this for a trip to Iceland and it is 100% waterproof. Kept me completely dry through the rain and splashes of the waterfalls. It also packs down fairly small. It feels a little odd on because it’s so stiff, but it works so well I didn’t mind.

Jacket is awesome I carry it in my fishing pack. Break it out when its raining and it gets the job done.

Unfortunately they seem to have cut cost and quality in recent years. My original suit lasted 20 years, the last two have lasted less than 2 months. Garbage

Light and easy to pack.Pockets get water in them, but over all good rain jacket for outdoor activity. The hood "tuck in" seems a bit clumsy, so I don't intend to use that feature. Bought as an exact replacement...do not put them in the dryer after washing. It will come out a bit crispy.

Besides the obvious benefit of keeping you dry, it also serves as an effective wind breaker which worked out great at the race this weekend. As most of the other comments already suggest, it does fit large. Order at least one size smaller than you normally would and you’ll likely be satisfied.

Great jacket at a great price. Used for Boy scouting.
