Cuisinart Replacement Flat Beater
The Cuisinart Stand Mixer I own is discontinued so I was very pleased to see this replacement flat beater on Amazon. It is a perfect match for the one I'm replacing and although expensive, it's cheaper than having to replace the entire stand mixer!

Not happy about that
This is the fifth beater I have purchased for my Cuisinart mixer. The finish wears off and a discoloration appears in food. Not happy about that.

Cuisinart Mixer parts is plated and chipping off & gets added in food.
I thought of buying another mixer part but i got discouraged because the other neg reviews is the same problem as what i’m having. If i buy another, it would be the same- the chrome/gray plated is chipping off and it gets in my food. Ugh, i don’t want that. So what am I to do? I spent a lot of money on my 7qt cuisinart mixer. Not fun, but is it safe to use if I just scrape off all the coating? I wish Cuisinart makes a stainless steel parts or something not plated.

Perfect fit!
