Solid Fix – Easy to Use and Works Like a Charm!
I used the Bondo Fiberglass Resin Repair Kit (00420, 0.45 Pint) to repair a crack in my kayak hull, and I’m seriously impressed. I had never worked with fiberglass before, but this kit made it super manageable for a first-timer. The instructions were clear, and everything I needed was right in the box — resin, hardener, fiberglass cloth, and a mixing tray. The resin mixed well and spread smoothly, giving me plenty of working time. It hardened exactly as expected and left a solid, watertight seal after curing. After a light sanding and some paint, the repair was barely noticeable. It’s held up great through a couple of trips on the lake so far.Highly recommend this for small to medium fiberglass repairs — whether you're patching up boats, car panels, or even outdoor equipment. Just make sure you have gloves and work in a well-ventilated area, as the smell is pretty strong. Definitely a product I’d buy again.

Easy fiberglass repair.
I used this kit to repair damage to the body of an older golf cart. It worked well. Application was simple and has been very durable.

3 sq ft of cloth included in box
To clarify, the amount of fiberglass cloth included is 3 sq ft ... not 8 sq ft as the product pictures suggest. I've attached a picture of the side of the box that lists the contents of the kit.Otherwise, it's a nice and economical kit for small fiberglass repairs. Worked very well for me.

Good product!
Good product but takes a lot of effort to use. Wouldn’t recommend using unless you have worked with it previously!

Easy repair
The cover on my RV a/c unit was cracked. I used this fiberglass kit to repair it and it worked great. The instructions that came with the kit were easy to follow and worked great. The fiberglass cloth that comes with the kit was way more than needed but easy to cut to size. Saved hundreds by fixing rather than repairing.

Excellent product
Easy to use and comes with everything you need! Mixing tray, mix, stir stick, cloth and everything else you need EXCEPT gloves. No rubber gloves. Hardens FAST!!! Follow the directions exactly as listed. Used this for a hole in pop up camper roof and it is great!

Not bad for really small repairs.
Okay but needs to come with a little more cloth.

Works great and very strong
The plastic handle on our ancient upright vacuum broke. I used superglue to cement the two ends together, however a cemented butt joint is not very strong, so I used this kit to create a tight, strong cast around the handle and it is working fine.Working time is just right: plenty of time to mix, spread, dab the up side of the fabric, and squeegee the resin/cloth flat before it starts to set, and easy to add a second layer before it is fully set.The only nit pick is that it’s a little difficult to determine how much resin you’ve used because the bottle is opaque and there is no measuring cup. Evidently that measurement doesn’t seem to be critical.
