Following Morley Robbins's advice to use whole-food Vitamin C complex instead of ascorbic acid, I looked for and selected this product from the options available at Amazon. Having used it for a few days, I want to let other buyers know this is an excellent Camu Camu. I am only taking one capsule daily, so that's about 70mg of Vitamin C, but it seems to be helping with my histamine issues and does not irritate my gut. There is also a cinnamon-y fragrance that comes wafting from the capsules when you open the bottle, which is a pleasant bonus. I wonder if this is how fresh Camu Camu fruit smells.I would have to use this for an year or two to determine if it can help fend off colds and such, but for now it appears a decent contribution to Vitamin C RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance), along with certain other antioxidants naturally present in Camu Camu.Like some of the other reviewers, I too have the complaint that this is a surprisingly pricy product, but thankfully the quality is high, so they are not just ripping you off.

Wish the bottle came with more tablets.
