My first rye soda bread!
I have never done any bread before so this is my first time and it is delicious! Now I can make a difference between store bought and home made . First of all so little Ingredients and so tasty. So this flour must be ok then No sugar no additives to my bread. Yummy 😊

First try of rye is okay
I use this to make bread at roughly the following ratio: rye 30%, strong white and wholemeal 35% each. This ensures it rises slightly more than a higher %, but is still really filling!
