This is by far the best hands down
My daughter has suffered from chronic constipation since she was about 1, she's 3 now. We've tried everything, including a diet high in organic fruits and veggies. A lot of times she requires a stool softener called lactulose but when she's been backed up for days, stool softeners don't work. We've even given her glycerin suppositories and nothing has happened. This is by far the best hands down. It works within minutes(because it's liquid) and doesn't seem to cause much cramping. I haven't been able to find it in stores, only on amazon.
