Q: What kind of batteries can you replace the rechargeable with? Seems like there’s several models. Mine uses a 18650 battery, and it arrived dead.

This whip is only recommended to be used with a GloFX 18650 Battery. Each whip will come with a rechargeable 18650 battery and a charger to charge it with. A bag used to be provided a few years back, however, the bag has since been discontinued, and will no longer be included with the purchase of a Space Whip.

Q: I hooked my whip up to my battery and it won’t turn on, just got it yesterday. How can I turn it on?

Make sure the battery is nice and charged by plugging it into the charger that was sent with your whip, then reinsert the battery with the positive end facing towards the fiber optics. Now, take the whip out of lock mode by rapidly clicking the button until then LED"s emit. If you need any further help, please contact our support team through Amazon Messenger :)
