This set is great! It is easy to take on trips because of the small black case. I love that these dominoes have numbers so you don’t have to count any dots! Highly recommend.

We went to a friends house and ended up playing Mexican Trains and our entire family loved it we had to purchase it for our home. All my children (between ages 10-24) and us have fun playing this game. We love that the games do not take forever and everyone has fun. Easy to learn and this size is easy for travel. We plan to take with us on our next family vacation.

This set arrived quickly, which is good since we bought it to take on a trip. It came packed in a padded envelope with other products ordered from Amazon. This product was shrink-wrapped in thick, tough plastic. I expected the fabric case, but didn't realize it is also hard-sided which makes it very protective and holds everything in place well. The handle is a 3/8 inch wide grossgrain ribbon. As suggested by other reviewers, I checked first thing to make sure we had all the right numbers. This is easy to do since the dominoes themselves come shrink-wrapped in sets of 14 (2), 28 (2) and 7 (1), with the numbers facing outwards so you can read them all without unwrapping. I made a chart for myself to check the zero's for zero through 12, then for the one's to check for one through 12 (as zero/one was already counted), the two's check for two though 12, etc.The sixes and nines are different colors (green and purple) and the sixes are underlined. There is a pretty good difference in color on the other numbers with the following exceptions: the threes and tens are shades of orange, the fives and 12s are shades of red, and the fours and sevens are shades of blue. These numbers should be different enough not to be confused, except perhaps for the fours and sevens.These travel-sized dominoes are smaller than "regulation" at 3/4 inch by just over 1 1/2 inches and just under 1/4 inch thick. As you can see in the picture, the hub is made for full-sized dominoes, but should work fine anyway. The point is that it is flat and thin enough to travel well. I bought a double-18 set at the same time for home use; it turns out to also be by "CHH Quality Products, Inc." and the weight difference between the two sets is incredible. I'm very happy with this compact travel-size (and weight) set - but will write again after the trip if we encounter any drawbacks.

We love this game and play on a regular basis! The weight of this set at 2 lbs. is the lightest that I am willing to pack for a flight. This is my 2nd set because my son took my 1st - lol. I'll purchase a 3rd set for my daughter's birthday. The tiles are smaller but work just fine! I also prefer the "number" tiles to the dots - a litter easier to recognize at a glance!

Great for travel, small and compact but not too heavy. I was a little disappointed at first that it wasn't smaller, my neighbor has a smaller one but this works perfectly.

What a fun game to play with 2 or more players! The dominoes are multi colored numbers rather than dots which make it fast for kids to match - especially when you have up to double 12s! They have a very satisfying weight to them that makes a fun clacking sound as you shuffle and play. This set is a keeper and will make for fun times with family.

Take your favorite game with you when you travel. Very compact and love the numbers versus the "dots" on the dominos. Nice, zippered case for all the pieces. Well done.

All the quirks must have been fixed . All tiles are correct the ports are the correct size. I bought for my teenage niece and nephew and they love playing it with family. Whenever I take to someone's house we have so much fun they end up getting for Christmas, birthday or this purchase...hostess gift! These smaller sets fit on the table better than bigger sets. The age range needs to be multiple. It's fun to play with the tiles with younger children 3 and up just finding numbers or matching starting with lower numbers. The older kids love it especially when they win! It is a great game for adding numbers quickly (don't tell the kids that it is educational!) I've taught the older kiddos tricks for quicker addition (OK yes I'm a retired teacher) So much better than sitting around in front of electronic devices!!
