We love coconut cream pie, but the sweetend coconut flakes I buy at the grocery store is just too much for our glucose. This product works great. I was surprised that because it’s shredded, it’s a lot finer than I expected, but it still works wonderful in my pies and still has the coconut flavour :-)

This coconut was meant to use in my newly purchased lb of tea. It's NOT shredded as it was sold as.This arrived pulverized into a sandlike texture. I ruined the pound of tea trying to use this shredded coconut in it. Being not shredded, it dropped down to the bottom of it's container causing the coconut useless for what I'd planned on.

It is so hard to find coconut that is not sweetened in the stores. This one was an amazing deal. I love that it was organic, and it has worked perfectly in all of the uses. I have used it for. Love cooking with this using it in cookies and adding it to my smoothies or yogurt. Perfect.

I didn't mean to order the low fat. But this product did NOT meet my standards at all. First, it doesn't taste very good. Second, it's very fine, almost too fine. I won't order again.

Good flavor but the shreds are very fine. Almost like a powder.
