I just bought the balls and they can quickly and in good shape. The product info leads you to his website and video. They balls are helping already. His video show a track you can purchase too and uses both balls, but I find that I can easily find “the spots” with just one ball.

I like how these balls help to deeply target my myofascia pain in shoulders, neck and arms. They're easier to work with than tennis balls, especially when I'm sitting up in bed relaxing and need some relief. I keep their netted bag, which is so helpful, in my bedside table.
