Honest Review
Hey All!I've purchased almost every single flavor available on Amazon of Keto Chow. I thought I'd share my take so far to hopefully help future buyers. This product is definitely on the pricier side, so I think honest reviews are helpful to decide whether it's worth trying. Overall, I really enjoy this as a meal replacement. When preparation directions are followed, the end result is a super thick and creamy (with the exception of one flavor so far) shake I look forward to drinking in the morning. And it keeps me full and satisfied for hours to boot. I've only made with 1/2 cup of HWC and water. I also add one additional scoop of my normal protein powder (Jocko chocolate or vanilla depending on the Keto Chow flavor) just for an extra protein kick. So here it goes....Lemon Meringue, Apple Pie, and Blueberry Pie are by far my favorite flavors so far. I'd rate a solid 9.5-10/10Chocolate Mint - This flavor was really good in my opinion. It is strong on the mint flavor, which I love. I added about a tablespoon of instant coffee to this one to turn it into sort of a peppermint mocha. LOVED it.Strawberry, Mocha, Salted Caramel, Pecan Sticky Bun, Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, Banana, Maple Waffle, Raspberry Cheesecake, and Snickerdoodle were also at the top end of the flavor list.Gingerbread, Eggnog, and Pumpkin Spice Caramel were all okay, good seasonal "once in a while" options.Cookies and Cream, Vanilla Cream, and Pistachio were all just "okay" in my opinion. The flavors didn't knock my socks off, but the texture was good all the same. It's worth mentioning, cookies and cream seems to be one flavor that is a consistent miss for me. So, if you typically enjoy it, you may really like that one.NOW, the bottom of the barrel for me is the chocolate peanut butter. I wanted to like this so much. It's one of my favorite flavor combos. But the texture on this one is all wrong. It's the only shake I've made that excessively clumped. I wound up with huge wet gummy clumps of the mix. I suspect it is the addition of peanut butter powder, which is notoriously difficult to mix. I'm currently drinking this one now actually, and it's taking some commitment to finish the bottle. The flavor is good though, if you can get past the texture it's a win.Overall, I really like Keto Chow. It may not be a normal staple in my diet due to the price. But if I have extra room in my budget, I may order a big bag of one of my favorites to keep on hand as I go.

Delicious shake, made couple of changes
I purchased the sample pack which had, chocolate, vanilla, snickerdoodle, salted caramel and strawberry and mocha. I love them all, strawberry and salted caramel being my favorites. I do not follow the directions on how to make it though. They tell you to use water, add your choice of fat, shake, refrigerate or better yet refrigerate overnight. What? When I want a smoothie or protein shake I want it ice cold now, not later. Perhaps this method works just fine but as anyone who knows me will attest, I rarely follow directions. My method is short, fast and delivers a thick, rich, delicious ice cold shake in about 2 minutes. I use 8 oz (more or less) of unsweetened almond milk ( I use Simply Almond brand. Super delicious even by itself), one packet (or scoop if you have the large bag) of the powder, sometimes I add a couple tablespoons of flax meal or a handful of fresh Kale that I have frozen in individual bags, I may also add my unflavored collegen powder, about 4 ice cubes all in my blender and hit the button. Walah!! A delicious icy cold thick shake. Depending on what time of day I decide to drink this, I may or may not add the extra fat. If I drink before noon ( like around 11), I skip the fat only because I know I will he having a dinner around 4 or 5 and it typically will have some healthy fat in it.. (Yes, we eat very early. Retired folks:)) If, however I want to skip dinner, I will add in about a 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, OR a tablespoon of MCT oil) and have this around 2pm. This drink is so filling it keeps me satiated the rest of the day. This is great if your doing intermittent fasting. On these days I fast for 23 hrs making the shake my only meal of the day. I do this maybe 2 or 3 times a week.I love food too, so not looking to only drink my meals, but on the other hand intermittent fasting is really great for your body. I suspect most reading this are familiar with it, but if not, there are tons of videos on the subject. Check out Dr Eric Berg for some good information if your unsure. Sorry to digress here. I just get excited about stuff I know works.Back to the subject, I personally do not use the shaker as it really is much better with a blender. I do realize of course, if your working or on the road this is not do-able. I might suggest for those folks to make it up in your blender, pour in shaker bottle and take with you. I tried this once when I left my house early one day to do a bunch of errands. Knowing I would be gone about 6 hours, I figured I would see how it held up. Well, first I should say I live in the Northeast, and it was Jan (2021), so it was and is plenty cold outside and in my car. The shake stayed nice and cold and was still just as delicious while I sipped on it throughout the morning. Possibly was a little thinner, but delicious none the less. Guess I am saying if you can keep it cold ( like in a refrigerator at work or wherever), just give it a good shake and you will have a great drink. There you have it. I really can not say anything bad about this product. Yes, it is pricey, but if you don't drink it every day (I average about 4 a week), it really is not bad price wise. Some weeks, I may only have it twice. This obviously makes it last much longer. I don't think you will be disappointed in the taste. Of course, I am not using water so I know that makes a difference!

OMG YOU NEED THIS!!!!! Absolutely Delicious!!! 10/10
I mix one packet with 3 Cups water, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, and between 4-8 Tbsp of splenda, chill it for a couple hours, and it LITERALLY tastes like a milk shake! There's no weird taste. If you didn't know any better, you'd think it was a shake from dairy queen. The peanut butter chocolate tastes like reece's peanut butter cup blizzard blended into a shake. I'm not exaggerating! Buy it, follow my recipe, and you'll be shocked! I'm obsessed! The only flavor that I haven't like so far is strawberry because it tastes too synthetic/fake... like strawberry icee syrup or something... just weird. I didn't care for it, but it still wasn't terrible. This stuff is awesome!!!! It also makes great ice cream. I use the ninja creami and it comes out great! When making ice cream, I use 4 tbsp splenda and 4 tbsp allulose sugar substitute since allulose crystallized like sugar and makes for good ice cream.
