Be careful with these. They are quite tricky to get connected and wire up. The 1st to broke and became deformed. They do work but be prepared to discard one or two and reinforce the good ones once wired up with a stout insulating tape to take the strain of connect and disconnect. I used the to connect my petrol Outboard motor to the main battery to keep it topped up when motoring. The Motor is removed / disconnected when back at home port and the boat is left on the mooring.

These seem to be a good alternative to Deutsch connectors. The silicone gaskets seem to provide a good seal but time will time on that front.They are reasonably easy to install, as long as you have a racheting terminal crimper. One thing to bear in mind is that the folded side of the crimped terminal has to point towards the clip of the connector otherwise the wire will not lock in. Another thing is to make sure you are putting the correct wire into the correct hole, because once it is locked in you can't get the wire out to correct your mistake. The kit comes with a few spare terminals.

The quality of these is just about acceptable but not much more. I’d look for something better if you’re looking for a more critical application.

They do the job they're supposed to do, no complaints.
