No bad smell. Quality is good. It's a bit sticky but glossiness is decent. Can be worn without lipstick and also with it. 👍 Good in this price range.

It is true that it gives a shiny look but at the same time it also sticks like a fevicol once applied . So i would suggest not to buy this product.
