Q: Will this work with Liqud Paraffin fuel?

I believe it should, it works well for white gas or Coleman fuel. Used properly you'll never spill fuel again. I keep one in all my fuel camping stuff like my lantern,my camp stove

Q: Will it work to filter kerosene?

I'm going to echo the previous answers: it should be fine, if you are filling a kerosene stove or lantern. But if you are filling something with a larger tank mouth, it might be too small, but the material should be fine with the fuel.

Q: Can this be used with kerosene as well as Coleman fuel?

I use mine with kerosene, yes. I've used my current one for over a decade and it filters pretty much all fuels from gasoline, kerosene, Coleman fuel, and other brands. Even helps separate the water out, though it isn't 100%.

Q: why is a funnel 14 dollars? Whats so special about it??

It offers the convenience of overfill prevention and spillage around the neck with its internal air escape tube. The practical alternative is to use what the plastics industry calls a "wash bottle".
