I purchased this product for safe use in the microwave in my attempts to move away from plastics. I was not disappointed. I love these ramikins. They microwave well, clean up well and come in different sizes. I ordered 3 different sizes and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I should have paid more attention to the dimensions, cause these were a little wider than I really wanted. However they worked just fine for the recipe I used them for. And now I have them for future recipes.

This is an update to one of my prior reviews:On the weekends I try to meal prep for the week as much as possible. I make a variety of dishes so I can alternate them during the week and not have to wonder what I’ll be making for dinner or spending hours in the kitchen after a long day at work (on-site or remote).The Delling 12oz ramekins are a perfect one size for a single serving and have become a go-to dish for many of the meals I regularly make. Below is a picture of a chicken pot pie that I made this week.Pros:- Great size for single serving meals.- Dishwasher safe.- Microwave safe.- Freezer safe.- Dishes stake up easily in the cupboard when not in the freezer or dishwasher.Cons:- None that I’ve found thus farSummary:- Great option for making batch meals and freezing single size meals for the week. I have larger and smaller ramekins (12” 5” and 1”) and these easily fit 8 – 16 ounces of chicken pot pie for a hearty, healthy meal rather than the cafeteria food at the office. I had a prior order that arrive open that I wasn't thrilled with but I keep going back to these because they're a really nice product and make meal prep easier.

Perfect size and it arrived as promised. No delay.

Each person can make their own pot pie, mac-n-cheese, souffle... whatever they choose, perfect single size.
