TUG Oval 360
Just perfect. Love that it retracts when you pet walks towards you. Locks easily with not much effort. I’ve had many leashes but this is by far my favorite. It looks really nice and the handle is not slippery. Beautifully made. It works exactly as described. I like the length also. Thanks. It’s absolutely recommended for anyone interested. No regrets.

Just buy it!
This thing fell off the back of my truck. Survived the road with just a scratch on it. Works perfectly.Amazing value. Very simple to use.My only complaint is the light just slides on the opening and doesn’t clip into place so it can slide off. We don’t use it. The opening that’s intended to hold waste bags doesn’t hold a roll. You tear off a few and stuff them in there. Not the greatest. But it’s durable and strong! Very smooth retract. Would buy again.

Simple, low profile, effective.
A simple retractable leash. Extends 16 feet which is a good amount of freedom to sniff around and find the perfect spot. I really like the simple silly hole to pop a couple bags in. I use flushable bags and can get 2 in there. This works great. I usually grab a bag on my way out the door, if we are going for a long walk, I grab 2. Sometimes I don't have pockets, so I have to hold these. Other times, I drop one without realizing it. Sometimes a passerby asks if I have an extra. So this silly hole is effective for holding a couple extra bags in case needed. I purchase the small, and the area is small, but as I said I can fit 2 bags easily, 3 would probably fit if I really wanted them to. If you use grocery bags, I think you'd struggle with one. Regular dog bags in the roll, you could problem fit a handful, so obviously it depends on the bags you like. The leash is comfortable to hold with the button at your thumb. Easy to stop or return your pet. Locks into place when needed. Although occasionally it seems to be in between gears or something and you need to realease and lock to get it to lock. Not a big deal for us.

great leash, cheap light attachment
i love this brand, i have many leashes from them. they are very functional and go with my aesthetic. the light is very bright, but i dropped it on carpet and it broke in half. the light attachment is not good quality.

best TUG brand small leash
I was using a "tiny" size white TUG leash for my yorkie which is frankly the best retractable leash i've ever used, perfect little size for a little guy and the retractable leash lasted years without issue, always quick to retract even in our extreme nor'easter beach winds here. never any issues with it getting twisted up when retracting. perfect little size even with my semi-large man hands to hold with a few fingers.but at 10' length for the tiny, i wanted a little more for my area, so i stepped it up to a "small" size for the 16' leash length. the black and glow-at-night green one, but that thing doesn't retract worth a crap, sometimes i'm having to help it retract with my other hand, and the wider/thicker glow-green lead kinda warped itself early on near the end so it just looks crappy.finally i decided to try one more, the "small" size of this top model with the LED light and bag holder, and it's definitely a step above. it feels like ultra cheap material, but it retracts more like the "tiny" model, only rarely is there an issue and it resolves itself fairly easily. the leash wider like the crappy black/green model but still thin like the "tiny" size, and so there are rarely any issues with it twisting up when retracted.I drop these "small" sizes more and I think despite this one feeling more cheap than the ones before it, it will survive as long I think my mistaken cheap feeling is that it is just very lightweight compared to the others. i still wish they had a longer leash on the "tiny" size but this is the best it gets otherwise.

Poop Bag Perfection Meets Retraction Roulette: Proceed with Caution!
Summary:After using the TUG Oval 360° Tangle-Free Retractable Dog Leash, I've got some mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it has a few great features that make it quite useful, but on the other hand, it also has a slight design flaw that could potentially impact your pupper's safety.Features:This leash has a super comfortable grip, perfect for long walks with your furry friend. The integrated waste bag dispenser is a great addition, holding two standard poop bags, is perfect for those moments when you realize you've run out of bags.Poop Bag Perfection:The integrated waste bag dispenser is the best feature. I really appreciate how the waste bag dispenser saves me from looking like the jerk who just leaves their dog's poo on the ground and walks away. It's a feature that should be included on all retractable leashes!Retraction Roulette:Now, let me tell you why I'm giving this product 3 stars. The tape-style leash has potential. It is quit and smooth when retracting, and possibly could be tangle-free, but unfortunately, it doesn't always retract properly. When your pupper moves around you when walking, as they do when they have to do their business all of a sudden, the flat part of the leash can fold over itself at the grip, preventing it from retracting. Although you can fix it by pulling out some of the leash to make it lay flat again, this can be annoying and potentially dangerous for your pupper if you're trying to keep them away from harm, or from running in the road as a car comes.Pros:Comfortable ergonomic gripIntegrated waste bag dispenser!Cons:Proceed with Caution!Tape-style leash can jam, preventing retraction. Conclusion:Overall, the TUG Oval 360° Tangle-Free Retractable Dog Leash has some great features, but the design flaw with the tape-style leash can be both annoying and potentially risky for your pupper. If you're considering this leash, make sure you're aware of this issue and weigh the pros and cons before making your decision.I hope this was helpful! 😊
