Q: How do the pens work? I cant seem to load the ink. It seems sealed at the ends.

You will receive 3 refills, the tip of the empty pen holder unscrewed, you don’t need to load the ink, only install the refill, you can change to another refill when runing out, 3 refills enough to write for one or two years

Q: Is it all foreign language or just 1 of the books?

The main parts of the books are NOT in English. ABC book has the English word next to the pictures. For example the letter A has a picture of and 🍎 and the word Apple under it. The counting and math book don’t have any English words but it makes sense. The last book has shapes and other picture but does not have the English words for any of them .

Q: How to install the refill

It is the same as the installation of ordinary ballpoint pen refills. It is very simple and easy to install. Please rest assured to buy.
