The quality of the weights is very good. The handle comfortable.The only issue is the release is a little stiff. May get easier after a few uses.Love the different weights and jus whats needed for exercise at home.

In all fairness, the usability is quite straightforward. However I do wsh there was an option to buy additional middle plates as its really not that heavy as a kettle bell, let alone when only using the top part (out of 3) if I wanted to get additional weight I'd have to rebuy this set of 3plates and only be able to add the 1 middle plate. A little bit of a waste unless you have zero muscle whatsoever
