C'est plus difficile que de faire le gym avec un masque de procédure - ce que je vais probablement continuer - car j'ai vu la différe3nce quand je fais du vélo. Paer contre, le masque d'entraînement permet d'aller plus loin. Il faut cependant être prudent et y aller doucement.

when I purchased this and opened it it looked good from the front but then after turning it over the plastic face cover was deformed and would not seal completely and would not fit on me like it was a small. don't wast your time.

The media could not be loaded.  Pretty ok if you have any kind of breathing issues this mask isn't for you but its really good for working out and also this particular brand has too much air breathing out so it would not be good for covid
