Very good product for convenience, although there is one feature that i’m a bit disappointed with is the heat function, it does not go warm enough in my opinion. It has three options: below room temperature, room temperature and above room temperature but when on the warmest setting, i still don’t find it very warm. My newborn has it warmer if i make it from a kettle and allow to cool. Other than that i cannot fault.

Very disappointed, I returned immediately my baby was sick .Put more water than formula. It’s not worth it

Absolutely dangerous to new born babies as formula milk powder must be mix with 70 degrees water otherwise gives seriously digestion issues with abdominal pain in infant as well as other issues , NOT NHS recommend under 70 degrees mix water , nor on the tin of formula . Instructions says 70 Degrees, this machine best do is slightly higher temperature than body temperature therefore direct serious harms on all babies

It was really annoying when coming about cleaning it as the dispersed powder and milk were getting hard as rock and need's to be cleaned at every 3 bottles. Powder compartment had to be cleaned often too.

Misleading - bottle made in less than 30 seconds is all wrong. You still have to pre boil water and wait 30 mins for it to cool down before using this machine each time you make a bottle.

I had to return this. It was very useful as I had twins but it DOES NOT MAKE WARM BOTTLES or ROOM TEMPERATURE all the bottles I made was COLD! Which is useless
