The media could not be loaded. I wanted a gaming chair that is comfortable for my lower back. I am a big guy. This chair is wide and long enough that this chair supports all parts of my body. Also, this chair could withstand my weight easily as my video is shown. Adjusting the height and back rest work very well without making any noise; thus, I think its parts are durable. The included massager has adequate power to loosen my tight lower back muscles.I chose the green color and it looks just like the pictures. It looks very trendy and looks similar to what professional gamers use at the competition. Its leather feels smooth on my skin and I did not smell any odor even when it first came.Overall, it is very comfortable and because of my job, I sit on/off for 10 hours everyday. I feel my lower back pain is reduced after switching to this chair. Using the included massager also helps as well.

I really like my new chair. I ordered it on the 9th and it arrived on the 16th. Shipping is fast. It was easy to assemble because I did it myself in under an hour. Very comfortable chairs and massagers work well, I'm tall and thin and fit perfectly. With this new massage chair, it's a great relief for my back. It refreshed me. I feel great.

I gave this chair four stars ⭐ only because of their customer service. They went above and beyond to help me.The chair itself I would have only given 2 or 3 stars. The reason being is the way the chair is packaged it causes it to have creases in the leather AND the foam under it. They sent a second chair and it has the same problem. The second one was when we saw that it's because of the way it's packaged. So every chair is gonna have these creases on one of the arms and the seat. This chair was gonna be a gift but that didn't work out. I don't want to give a gift that is damaged. I sat on the chair to see if it is comfortable and the seat is very hard. I'm not sure anyone could be comfortable sitting in the chair for any length of time.The massaging lumbar pillow comes with a zipper but the zipper tab, that ya use to pull the zipper, was missing on both chairs.The seller made things right and I very much appreciated them.I would not recommend this chair because of the packaging and damage it causes. I absolutely do recommend this seller though! 💯

I love this gaming chair! I got one four years ago and it is too old and torn now that I decided to get the same one! The first picture was the old one, I used it so much that it looks horrible now. Just time for a replacement. This chair is easy to install with the manual given and VERY comfortable for gaming! I am on it like 12 hours a day when I’m not at work.

The media could not be loaded. If you want a chair that can stop working for in in 8 to 9 month then is is the one you want. At first it looked very nice it was very comfortable but 9 months down the line it broke now the chair is all wobolly as you sit it tilts on it’s own forward and all around I have contacted the seller and they have been no help othern than telling me other things that are wrong with the chair as the armrest are not fully secure wich to me it is a problem in itself as they can not be tighten any more but it has nothing to do with the fact that the seat itself wobbles all over the place quick fall risk. I have sent in videos and picture but still no help from seller. So if you want to replace you chair soon than get this one but if you want one that will last more than 1 year this is not the one for you.
