HOWEVER, THIS WOULD BE A GOOD PRODUCT FOR SHOP STAFF TO USE. A THIEF WOULD BE CONFINED TO THEIR HOUSEHOLD WITH A FACE COVERED IN THE SPRAY. ALTHOUGH HARMLESS, IT WOULD NOT WASH OFF EASILY AND SEND OUT A CLEAR MESSAGE NOT TO THIEVE. PERHAPS MANUFACTURERS SHOULD CONSIDER FLEURESCENT COLOURS WHICH ARE LOUD AND BE EFFECTIVE ON THE SHOES AND EXPOSED BODY PARTS OF ETHNIC RAIDERS. COULD SAVE THE RETAIL INDUSTRY MILLIONS.

I used this recently to spray an attacker in the face whilst being assaulted. It covered their whole face and hands in red dye and I got it all over my hands too. I washed my hands an hour later and it came off really easy. I saw the attacker a few hours later and I couldn’t even tell that their face was stained red. It probably stained their clothes but didn’t appear to stain their skin. Bit disappointing really.
