Love these! They're soft, flexible, get plenty cold without being unbearably cold, the big ones have straps to keep them in place, and the different shapes and sizes are nice. I love the soft side on the big ones also. I bought these because I'm supposed to be applying ice/cold to my ankle that I broke, but am struggling with other cold packs I have being too cold, not cold enough, being uncomfortably hard, and/or slipping and sliding around every time I move. Now I can strap one of the purple ones on and it's just the right size, it stays in place where I need it, and the amount of cold is just right too.

A friend of mine is going through radiation treatment on her hip and I got these to add to a gift basket for her. She loves them. The fabric on the one side is a super soft fabric that doesn't irritate the area. The beads are a nice alternative to the full gel as they still get cold, but not too cold against sensitive skin. They are a great size to stick down your pants. It also comes with enough that you can have one waiting in the freezer to swap out.

I love the ones with the soft backs because I don't need to wrap them. I often have to use them for back pain. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the cold doesn't seem to last as long as the fluid ones do for me, and because I would have preferred they provide one or two more of them instead of the little blue ones that I haven't found a use for.

I bought these to have for dental care due to chemotherapy damaging my teeth so I desperately needed ice/hot pack after surgery so bought them in advance. I have used these a few times and would heat up in the microwave as it says for 10s at a time. I just did this and at about 7 seconds i see what seems to be a flame/spark..not entirely sure but it was scary. The ice pack part works fine but now I am afraid they may burst when in the freezer. Very disappointed this happened.

These really come in handy for aches and pains.
