I’ve really struggled with other animal based collagen and protein tablets/shakes since having a gastric bypass. But really needed to take something to boost my intake as I have had inevitable hair loss and collagen breakdown which comes with dramatic weightloss. I was wary at first with this but oh my!! They are easy to take, the right size to swallow (my little replumbed tummy can’t handle big tablets) there is no flavour :) unlike the animal based ones I’ve taken which have had a fatty taste - yuck! They are great value for money and more importantly only after a month I am already seeing an improvement in my new baby hair growing through and my nails and skin.I do rate Nutravita products highly and have switched all my supplements to the brand because of the research and development they do - I research what I put in my body now...and nutravita is the brand I trust.

My skin feels and looks better.They are large to swallow.

These smell and taste horrible. I have several other Nutrivita products and have always found them to be good value, but I am not sure what effect these are having and they smell and taste of mouldy garlic. Not pleasant. I’m also worried that I smell of this after taking them. Will stick with it as decent vegan collagen is hard to find but I don’t love them.

These smell yes, and are big to swallow, but it you want the benefits don’t be a big baby…. Have taken them for a few months now, took a while to notice but my thin lank hair has grown past my shoulders finally and has much more oomph, and the baby hairs are growing out. My nails are just amazing after being flaky and weak for most my life. They are the longest and strongest they have ever been. My skin has looked great, but I do a lot of skin care so hard to tell… but I will be repurchasing and am very happy with them.

I've waited two months before writing this review because I wanted to make sure I gave the product a decent go.I have never before been able to grow my own nails without them splitting or breaking. This photo is them now with no polish of buffing. They're naturally shiny, healthy and strong with no flaking. I'm absolutely amazed.My skin is plumper at age 37 and my hair genuinely seems to be growing faster. A regular pain and click I've had in my knee for over a year even seems to have improved. I very very rarely write reviews but wanted to for this vegan collagen supplement to give others confidence to try it. In my experience it really does make a difference. Just give it a couple of months consistent use and hopefully you'll notice the benefits too.

Has a weird savoury taste like onion. Stays in your mouth after taking it - avoid.

Yes they do have a taste it's a bit like malt, when you eat ovaltine without mixing it with water, it does go after you eat or drink I find. I started taking then cos I have hair loss and I want to lose weight, and I generally want to be healthier. My hair is growing back and I'm losing weight, but I have made diet changes as well. I will carry on taking these I feel they are helping with all the changes I've made. And I love the fact they are vegan.
