Energy for days!! I take this with my vitamins in the morning, with and sometimes without food. Absolutely no stomach issues if I take it without food. I immediately know when they kick in. I get a little warm and the energy is on full speed! I love this product. I highly recommend it.

These don't upset my stomach and can easily be taken without food. I've given away a multitude of B complex bottles just because they're too harsh. can't recommend this Bronson enough
