I got this 3D hologram fan for business advertising, and it definitely grabs attention! The 52cm size is perfect—not too big, but large enough for clear, floating 3D visuals. The image quality is sharp, and the animations look great, especially in dimly lit areas. It comes with a 700-video library, which is a nice bonus, but I was also able to upload my own content easily.Setup was fairly simple, and the WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity make it convenient to control via the app or remote. The fan is lightweight but sturdy, and once mounted, it runs smoothly. It does make a slight whirring noise, but it’s not too distracting, especially in busy areas.Overall, this is a great attention-grabber for stores, bars, or events. The fans are a showstopper! They look amazing and the customer service is top notch. I emailed for the full product gallery and got it right away! I will be purchasing several more for my business! The set up is easy once you understand how to do so exactly (connect to the fans hotspot).

I’ve ordered several of these and this is the best one so far. It gives a really good 3d LED presentation that appears to be floating in the air. Scan the barcode for instructions, fan is plug in ready with their preset images.

Not easy to connect to Wi-Fi, not easy to load additional software. I actually had a tech friend come and help me simply connect to Wi-Fi. This item is made in China like most things nowadays, however the manual, the instruction and the method of connecting and downloading are designed by a different culture not familiar with Americans or by engineers. The instruction manual is so small you need a magnifying glass. The instructions are unclear. I love the way the basic display that's preloaded look, very cool but that's as far as I got. Their support goes through Amazon tech support that is of little help since they are reading through a script. After 25 minutes of phone support I gave up frustrated. Still on the fence about keeping this as much as I love it. I saw this at a Mercedes dealership and found out where they got it. After my second visit there I realized they had on display the preloaded display as I have. I inquired why and they said they were unable to figure out how to go any further as I! The company needs to revamp their manual, easy of installation and provide domestic support. I'm looking for another company to try since I love the display.

The media could not be loaded. Bought the stand from the same company..Directions and parts felt incomplete however I got it working. The manual comes with a QR code for an iphone app that allows you to upload photos and video from your device as well as control settings.The app loads the led fan device half the time after connecting to the dedicated device wifi. Pretty inconsistent and is fully Chinese, needs work.Whats nice is once the playlist is set, the device can be powered on and off and displays the same static content. We use it 12hrs a day on day 3 with some accidents and it's working well.Good buy, ok app, could be great but works well for advertising everybody asks about it!

Poorly made item and overall bad quality. Difficult to put together and use because instructions are obviously translated (very badly) by non-native English speakers. App is almost solely in Chinese and impossible to use and understand. SD card compartment was broken when we received it, and the SD card doesn't stay in place at all because of that. It's made out of very cheap plastic, and the wifi doesn't work well either. Overall horrid and I would NOT recommend. I sent it back after attempting to use and understand it. The ONE positive thing is that when we did finally get it to turn on, the image quality is good. Amazon REALLY needs to start vetting its vendors more carefully, as I've had several quality issues in the past year relating to the same types of things.

This is really fun, and I have to say it displays beautiful images that give the impression of a real object floating in space.But, you when get tired of seeing the same images and want to access the library they advertise, you have to install a really bad app and try to get it to work. I'm pretty good at this stuff, and still haven't figured it out because the instructions are printed in the smallest font possible by someone who has no knowledge of the English language, and no real support on the web page.It's great, innovative technology, but they flubbed the thing. I'll eventually figure it out, but not everybody will. Why didn't they just include a way to plug in a USB or TF card?
