These are adorable but very small
I didn’t think to look at the measurements of these before purchasing. I figured all party hats are the same size, but I stand corrected.These can’t be more than 4” tall. My boyfriend made a joke asking if they were supposed to be for chihuahuas. lolI ordered them for my son’s 3rd birthday party.Other than size, they are absolutely adorable and would be perfect for babies or even dogs.The ones I bought ended up being table decorations and my son’s great aunt used a few of them for a puppet show for the kids. They fit her puppets perfectly and it was adorable.I give them five stars because they are party hats like any other you’d buy as far as quality. I just wanted to be clear on the size, in case anyone else assumes their size like I did.

TINY TINY
The size of these party hats, are so small! I was very extremely disappointed. I should have read the reviews first, they are cute, and I will find some way to use them, I got them for my granddaughters fourth birthday. Just absolutely too small for a party hat.

These were super small but still pretty cute. I wish they had been like normal size.The kids still loved them.

TINY put turned out okay!
Was a little disappointed by how tiny these were, but they ended up being cute on my daughter’s stuffed animals for her bday!

Perfect for 2-4 year olds
Wasn’t expecting them to be so small but for my 2 year old it was so perfect.

Way too small
Unless your Peppa Pig birthday party is for a cat or small dog these are not the hats for you. These are literally the smallest birthday hats I have ever seen 🤣

Who the heck checks measurements on party hats?
The good: The image on the hat is, in fact, Peppa Pig. It is definitely a party hat. It has a string. There are 8 in a package, as advertised.The bad: They are teeny tiny hats. I wil be lucky to get the tiny string under a 3 year olds nose. However, photos will be comical.BONUS!! Fits 9 lb mini cockapoo perfectly.
