Very good value product.

I bought Quercitin on its own last time. But as l ran out l saw this Quercitin Complex which is stronger. It also has other ingrediants, Vit C, Rosehip, Rutin and Acerola. It arrived in good time as usual with Amazon's Excellent service.I find now, ln taking it, it is a smaller tablet, compact and very easy to swallow.Obviously, it takes time to work, but l am very pleased, thank you very much.

I was recommended to take these because I have quite bad hayfever, I have not seen any benefit yet, but I do believe you have to take them for a while before they kick in,There are quite easy to take and a good price, so I will keep on taking them for now .

I have been taking these for 1 month, I only take 1 per day, I definitely feel they make a difference and I feel a difference when I don't take it, I also take Zinc alongside as zinc helps the absorption of Quercetin.

These tablets are very good, for Vegans and I highly recommend them, easy to Swallow.
