Using it since months and enjoying it.

This mixer looks the part and if you are using the spade or whisk attachments it’s bang on. However if you then use the dough hook to make something as simple as a 1lb loaf.... Have you ever seen the scene in UP when the old fella gets out of bed? That’s this mixer and me. It really struggles. A wee bit like “maybe I will, maybe I won’t. I might burn out but then maybe not” For the wattage it should easily manage the demand of dough. It also struggles with a simple doughnut batter. Again this is with the dough hook.The casing is plastic but the supplied bowls are spot on.As a starter unit it would be a good starting point before spending £300 plus on a Kitchen Aid but then again if you could afford it I would recommend going straight there.

where would I be pancake day without this absolute life saver?? Here for all your baking needs and takes the fuss out of the whisking, kneading yourself - I always thought it wasnt possible to get one then one day was looking through and found a friend in this gadget

Delivered next day after purchasing, nicely packed.I bought it because I struggled to make the dough in my Kenwood KMix which I owe for the last 1.5 years and that is the reason for not use it at all. It was just in my kitchen, making me a bit nervous.😂Week ago I even bought a new dough tool originally for Kenwood Chef but my friend made it fit for KMix. With the new adjusted tool dough in KMix was just a bit easier to make. But not perfect at all.Then I was checking and looking other stand mixers, reading reviews and watching the videos online.My good feeling stayed with Vospeed mixer, and, I was right!It took me just a few minutes to make a perfect dough, mixer done it all, there was no need to scrape the flour of the bowl sides. Amazing!First impression was that Vospeed is too light, but legs would stick to the surface and they are not moving.Quality of mixer is cute, plastic body and you would think, oh, was thet a good buy, but after I’ve started with making the dough I was shocked how fast it happened, dough is not too soft not too hard, just right. First look at it makes you think that it is average but it’s great and very cleverly made machine.Dough is in the fridge for pizza tomorrow and it’s already risen a little bit which will be fine overnight and part of the day tomorrow. Just put it in fridge right after you make it.I am amazed!Will do the videos these days.
