Sleek and sharp knives.
The look and feel of the steak knives are amazing. They are super sharp, feel great in the hand and cuts through meats like butter. Since I’ve had them I pretty much use them everyday in the kitchen. The durability is also a plus and I can tell the will last me a very long time. Best steak knife for the money hands down.

Surprisingly good. Useful. Pleasant.
I'm surprised how much I like these. I will probably buy some other KitchenAid cutlery and kitchen tools. These are not high-end by any stretch, but the quality of the steel is far beyond what I'd expect for the price. While it's not as good as my Misen knives, it costs a quarter or fifth of of what they do, but is not only a quarter of the quality. It's more like 60-50% of the quality.

Good weight, super sharp!
This is the perfect size for the majority of my dicing needs. The 7" blade I have can be cumbersome for quick tasks so this 5" is a better fit for me. It's well weighted in my hand and super sharp. I had chopped with a paper towel under the produce and it chopped the paper towel into tiny bits/shreds. So, super sharp! I am very pleased with my purchase.
