Q: Can this be used on wool

I used this product with a clear rinse and a truck mount. To get the browning out of a wool rug. But I am a professional carpet cleaner.

Yes. This product can be used. Just follow the directions on the bottle.

Q: Will this remove braown water stain from wool/viscose rug? my dog vomited on the rug. i poured water on it and now have large brown stain. help

Unfortunately Viscose is very sensitive material. When water stains a viscose rug the browning may not be reversible. You may try this product but it may not be effective.

Q: How is the product applied?

PRODUCT APPLICATION. (design to be used by a professional)Browning Treatment / Coffee Stain Remover can be used in several processes: removal of browning on carpet, removal of browning onupholstery, removal of small beverage spills and removal of large beverage spills. For use on carpets if browning has already occurred:1. Do not dilute. Use product as it comes from the container.2. Pre-test carpet for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.3. Apply product using a chemical resistant sprayer (coarse spray nozzle). DO NOT MIST. Apply product uniformly to the affected area. (This product has a pungent smell)4. Brush in with pile or tamping brush.5. Allow to work until browning is removed or intensity is reduced. Blot (Do Not Rub) with a clean, dry white cloth to remove excessmoisture. For use as a coffee stain remover:1. Do not dilute. Use product as it comes from the container. Test carpet for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area. Clean spot with aneutral detergent.2. Apply product using a chemical resistant sprayer (coarse spray nozzle) or moisten the area using a clean, white cloth. Allow to drycompletely.3. Make a second application if necessary. (Each application must be done on thoroughly dry carpet.)4. If treating wool or dyed carpet fibers, rinse thoroughly with cold water once stain has been removed. Blot excess moisture with awhite spotting towel.
