Hi Todd, i absolutely did not want a scale made in China, and was fooled by the name, TRIOMPHE..sounded French, so i bought it. Im very satisfied with it, despite it çoming from the land of cheaply made excrement, for the most part. It has had an issue, where i step on it and it registers much lower than i know i should weigh. That happened only twice in the 2 yrs. I have it. I hope that helps you. Keep America Great!

Q: Scale Shows "LO" each time I step on it. What does this mean?

The LO indicator means the batteries may have to be replaced. If you get this indicator a short time after installing new batteries please contact Triomph for support. Also check that the polarities on the batteries match the indicators.

Q: How easy is it to change out the batteries?

i bought mine 2 years ago and haven't changed the battery yet

Q: Can I use it to measure the weight of luggage?

I would think so yes - may be heard to read the numbers depending how big the luggage is.
