A great support in weightloss journey
The media could not be loaded. Moong Dal chilla as known to be suggested by a lot of dieticians for weightloss. I had it during my postpartum and noticed a tremendous change in my body. Easy to digest, filling and no stress on weight gain even you have a little more. Add a feed veggies to eat and it even healthier! Tried a savoury waffle recipe and it turned out to be great!

Unpleasant taste and colour
Very strange taste...moong chilla is not supposed to have urand dal or rice. Also its unseasoned and white in colour
