I bought this for my BMW E93 2007.It works perfectly, I didn't need to use the disk, which I did come with, as I downloaded software which included drivers etc. Windows also picked up the latest drivers from Windows update.IV successfully been able to use this to configure settings on the car like the alarm beep, lights, mirrors etc... As well as see all the diagnostic data.I'm terms of software, IV used this with all the standard BMW tools without issue.It has a decent length so I can stand with the laptop on the roof, it also has a light to confirm you have pushed it far enough into the port.Would recommend, happy programming...

The media could not be loaded. The software is hard to install, won’t run on Windows 10 and has a Trojan virus on the supplied disk. Also the cable is not the one supplied as the supplied one has no switch. I’ve downloaded other software and that does run but the cable doesn’t work. No communication between the car and laptop. Can’t solve the issue. Requesting a refund and now got to fix my laptop.

I'd been watching loads of YouTube videos on running diagnostics on my e63 and they all advised to get the cable with the dcan switchable. Worked perfectly with INPA

No switch as advertised and doesn’t work with software that works with more expensive, better supplied cables.

Cable uses two position switch for open closed circuit good design software has trojan virus
