this front/rear set installed ridiculously easy and provide some really fantastic performance
As I started to shop around for some replacement pads for my Avid DB-3's, I found a wide variety of choices and prices. When I found this set of four (front and rear) and read some of the positive reviews, I ordered a set. For less than the cost of one pair of OEM pads, this front/rear set installed ridiculously easy and provide some really fantastic performance. I installed new rotors too, bed them in and found them to be great! Very smooth and predictable performance. No odd noises, no pulsing or whining....just good pads. If they get a season out of them, I'll be MORE than happy. If they tend to wear quickly (this is not a time test review) then for the price, I can replace them without concern....and I'll still be in for less than a set of OEM's.

Excellent Brakes
I bought these brakes for my electric scooter and they work like a charm, I've been using them for a while and they have no problem doing their job and lasting a while, the added spring helps too, would buy again

Seems good. Time will tell.
Seem like good pads so far. Does not seem as strong on my front brake requiring a two finger pull to lock up on good traction. Perhaps it will improve as they seat. A previous reviewer found the pad spring carriers to be junk. Mine seemed of good quality, but I stored the old carriers just in case.If my front brake improves, I will buy again in the future. Otherwise I will go back to OEM when these wear out.

Getting some squeal sound from the front wheel with these
Getting some squeal sound from the front wheel with these. Even though I cleaned the rotors with isopropyl alcohol and bedded properly. After the initial bedding they were fairly quiet.Update: on the front wheel I just tried sanding them and the rotor again and cleaned the rotor and re-bedded them. They now still squeal during moderate pressure on the brake lever, but not during light or heavy pressure. Thankfully no squeal from them on my rear wheel.

Perfect fit. Easy install and holding up well with 100 miles on them (I got about 250 out of the expensive OEM pads). No squeak or noise problems, and therefore a great price for what I got. I'm using them on SRAM Level T brakes- it was hard to find pads labeled for these brakes (that we rent $20+ per pair), assumed these would fit based on description for overlapping fit, and it worked out well. I'll definitely buy again.

Good product - great price
I installed the brake pads roughly a week ago and have ridden approximately 30 miles of trails - Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina. So far they seem to be holding up. Their stopping power seems to be great - I'm 230 lbs and I haven't noticed a difference from my old stock Shimano pads. Installing them was easy, there was a slight size difference, but not enough to be concerned about. For the price, I definitely recommend them!

Last about 1/4 of what I normally use
Good stopping power, but no better than what I normally use and wore out in 1/4 of the time. I had to replace after just 10 rides, as they were already down to the metal.

Lost my brake!!
Worked great at first. They were quiet and stopped well. Unfortunately one of the pads came off of the backing and plate on my last ride leaving me without a rear brake. To add insult to injury, now I have a scored up rear disc when the backing plate went metal to metal with the disc. I would not buy these again. Save your money and your discs and buy a higher quality pad.
