I was looking for a longer time to find the right item as I own a large professional mandoline which I don't want to use for daily easy jobs. This one I found functional as well as estetically pleasing. Sadly it arrive broken, is no longer available and having to return the damaged item across have the globe was kind of odd.

Ce produit est excellent. Il coupe des tranches très fines et régulières, fait des juliennes plutôt régulières aussi. Faut faire attention aux doigts.Le protège doigt est un peu pas top, mais pour le reste c’est vraiment robuste et extrêmement efficace.

他の方のレビューで受皿がおろしもできるようになっていて、逆に使いづらいとあったので心配していましたが、受皿と安全ホルダーが改良されたようです。届いたものは受皿におろし機能はなくなっていました。安全ホルダーも野菜がしっかり固定できるようになっていて、安心です。キャベツの千切りがとても薄くできることに感動しました。刃の取替えも厚さ調節も簡単で、購入して本当に良かったです。
