Q: I have some neutral climbing shoes with zero aggression that fit comfortably, should I go a half size down for these?

For me, these don’t have to be super tight to climb well. Scarpa’s rand seems to keep my toes pulled forward in the shoes regardless of how tight they are. I like my shoes to be comfortable. My street shoe size is 43.5 to 44, depending on the brand and I wear 42.5 in the instinct VS, which for me fit the same as La Sportiva Katanas or Muiras.

Q: I am 43-43.5 shoe size. All my la sportiva miuras ar 41.5. What size would be a good fit for these?

I don't know if this helps but I sized my La Sportiva Solution at 36.5 and got my Scarpa Instinct VS in a 37.5. Both are an aggressive fit but for me the Scarpa heel was better as I have a narrow foot and the toe box on both felt the exact same.

It's important to note that shoes are measured by length heel to toe on a table. Down-turned climbing shoes get short changed (haha) in this deal because if you were to flatten them out, they'd obviously be longer. I say all of this as background but I wear a 10.5 US with a comfy amount of toe room. I am enormously satisfied with a 42.5 and often wear my shoes for the entirety of a 2 hour session. If you live near an REI, go try on a pair of Sportiva Solutions. Whatever size you like in those will be perfect for Instincts (which are superior in every way to all Sportiva shoes I've worn). I'd guess you're between a 42 and a 42.5 with the former being borderline too snug.

Q: What is the size 37 men in mm? dude we only have cm, mm standards in asia......

My street size is 39 and I wear a 37.5 in the instinct vs for bouldering and a 38 for routes. I have a narrow foot. My husband's foot is wide and he wears 42.5 street shoe and 41 instinct. Hope this helps. Sorry I do not know the millimeter sizes.
