This was purchased for a utility sink in our basement that is primarily used for washing our dogs. As many have noted, this is primarily a plastic faucet, but it is easy to install, doesn’t leak, and has served well for a couple of months.This is a great faucet for the money!

While the faucet came completely disassembled, the instructions were thorough enough to understand. Assembly took 15 minutes and installation 15 minutes. The water pressure was strong as was the spray mode. This is a great value for the money. It fitted perfectly in our utility tub. The wife will be ecstatic to have something that she can wash her hair under!

I got this faucet to replace a similar pull out faucet that was somehow stuck on spray permanently. The hose adapter was a key feature. I don't use it a lot, but it's invaluable when I need it.The instructions were clear and the installation went well. The handles feel a little flimsy, but I think they will work fine if we are careful.After everything was checked and working ok, I removed the built-in aerator and installed the hose adapter with aerator. I turned the faucet on, and the hose adapter came apart in two pieces (see attached photo).This is where the frustration started.- The hose adapter doesn't work well enough now to leave on all the time as I did before.- The faucet works well enough that I don't want to remove it and return it. That's wasteful and a fair amount of work.- There doesn't seem to be an online way to contact the business.- The "Product Support Page" points to the sales page of an HVAC company. I don't think it's the same company. No support options.- Asking a question puts you through the Amazon bot that only has an option to return the product.I would really just like to ask for a new hose adapter so I can install it permanently, but I don't think there's a way to do that. I may try gluing the adapter together. Until then, I have reinstalled the original aerator and will only reinstall the hose adapter when I need it. Assuming I don't lose it in the meantime.It's a small thing, but it's still frustrating. A good customer service department would have this solved in a few minutes, and leave me delighted with the solution. Alas, I can't find the entrance to customer service in this case; I don't think it exists.

I guess for 40 bucks (incl. tax) it's not a bad buy. The whole thing is made out of plastic, the whole thing.The only reason I bought it, is that the aerator on my old faucet didn't have a hookup to a garden hose. That feature made this faucet very appealing to me, as my wife needs a long hose to stretch across the basement to get some water to a different location. Very easy install, and for what it's worth, it is very light.

Ordered this as a replacement for my aging slap sink faucet. It had all the pieces needed and after getting the old one disconnected (which was a major pain due to placement and shape of the sink) it was a piece of cake to install. No problems with pressure and great value for the money. I especially like the swivel and pull out sprayer.

The faucet installs easliy and looks very nice. The goose neck is far better for my utility sink than the old low profile faucet I replaced. That feature plus the price drew me to make the purchase. However, now that I have it installed, I have concerns about the durability. Out of habit, I tend to put a little pressure on the faucet handles when turning them off. That is my bad, and totally unnecessary. I can just gently turn it to the off position and it completely shuts off the water flow. Even so, when I did apply a little pressure, the faucet felt like flimsy plastic and felt like it could easily break. I can discipline myself to treat it gently, but what if someone else is not aware? In hindsight, I think I would rather have spent a little more money and get something a little heftier.

This is my second one pruchasing the faucets and I can belive they both failed the same way. The hot water began to leak and there is no way to replace the washer without ruining the faucet. Both time the faucets failed in under a year. Save yourself the money unless you are looking for a temporary solution and are willing to risk a long term problem

great replacement set for my utility sink and is easy to use, pull out head and an option for spray..a big hit for sure!
