Q: Does it come with the smaller brushes for nipples and vents?

It does not come with a vent brush but the end is designed to clean the nipples.

Q: Does it fit the 6oz bottles? Or is it too short?

Q: Does it splatter like normal brushes do when you pull it out?

I use mine for my cold brew coffee filter. The bristles are soft and it doesn't fling water like the old hard bristles brushes with a bottle on my filter. If that helps at all.

Q: Do the bristles become less stiff over time and suds up better than first uses?

I never thought my bristles were stiff. It seems to hold soap well.
