Natrol Complete Balance, Dietary Supplement for Menopause Relief, A.M./P.M. Menopause Relief for Women, 60 Capsules, Up to a 30 Day Supply

After starting Menopause around the age of 40, I tried other non-estrogen supplements to help me manage those pesky symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats, palpitations, migraine, nausea, etc), but they quickly quit working for me. I discovered these when the brand I had been using was discontinued on Subscribe & Save (automatic monthly shipments, reminders to check each month etc - delivered straight to my door!). Anyway, Subscribe & Save prompts you when a product is discontinued from that program for whatever reason, and suggests alternatives. Since by this time I was in my fifties, and knew I couldn't afford to run out, and this product had many of the same ingredients, I decided to give it a try.Natrol Complete Balance is still working for me. Oh, after I was through the "Dark Side" as my doctor called it, I stopped taking it for awhile. Oh, NO NO NO! Things got ugly in my little world! I started taking them again, and I was right back on the path with no hot flashes, no night sweats, and many fewer palpitation>migraine episodes. $9 for 30 days of managing my post-menopausal symptoms is downright cheap, ladies!These pills do have a mild smell - sort of like vitamins, but not obnoxious in my opinion, and they are tasteless as you swallow them. They are a reasonable size for swallowing to me, and of course, the AM and PM versions are packaged in separate, well-labeled bottles that are not difficult to open.NOTE - I do not take any prescription medication for my symptoms, just the OTC Natrol, and I am not a medical doctor, I am just a very happy customer.PROS:$9 for 30 daysWorks for my symptoms – no hot flashes, no night sweats for me, fewer palpitations and migrainesWell labeledEasy to openSeparate bottles for the two formulasSubscribe & Save – I’m hooked on it!CONS:They have a mild smell, I find it inoffensive, so it is no biggyCONCLUSIONS:I will keep taking these at least for another year. At that time I might try a trial separation from them, but hey, at $9 for a month, that is well within my budget. I don't have a lot of strong symptoms, but I did start having occasional hot flashes about a year ago. I absolutely refuse to go on any type of hormone therapy, so after some research I thought I would give these a try.It took several weeks, but then I realized that the hot flashes were gone. I don't sleep any better, but that could be for two reasons. I RARELY remember to take the PM pill (this time when I was out of the AM formula I had nearly a full bottle of the PM - I just starting taking them in the daytime and it worked fine!), and I have not slept through the night for MANY years, much prior to hitting this stretch of life, so I am not sure if taking the PM formula actually IN the PM would make any difference for m anyway.But here's here's the REAL reason I am a believer. I ran out of that bottle of PM pills about three weeks ago. And just today, the hot flashes are back, so I just placed another order.Nothing works for everyone. Negative reviews just mean that a product did not work for a particular individual. Same with the positive ones. You won't know until you give it a try yourself if it works for you But DO get a least two month's supply. As for me, It might take awhile to work at its optimal ability, but I think it's worth a $20.00 investment to see if you are one of the people for whom this product works beautifully.

I was very skeptical about this product. But after reading others reviews and watching their videos I decided to try it. This was the best $10 I spent. I was having severe hot flashes, mood swings, and the night sweats was murder. I couldn’t sleep so I was up snacking. The very first pill I took which was the PM worked the first night. I “LOVE IT” I’m sleeping through the night and not flashing during the day. It’s winter I was wearing shorts and sundresses that’s how bad it was for me. Yes I did let my PCP know what I was taking after the fact and told her it works for me. She said she might have to try it herself because she having some issues too. Just ordered 2 more boxes. I usually don’t do reviews but I just had to let you know this works for me.

I bought these upon a recommendation from my doctor for a similar product. Seems to be working to lessen my frequent hot flashes. I trust the brand and got a good deal on 2 packages. I am about to finish the first box and will update after I finish the 2nd box.UPDATE- after taking this product for a full 30 days I haven't had any hot flashes and haven't woken up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. BUT, in the last week I have had cramping and "spotting" after 17 months without a period. I am going to take a break from them for a bit before starting the next package and see if this product is the cause. It was working so well for me until the periods started to return.

Hello! I am 43 years old and in the beginning of perimenopause.Hot flashes and nights sweats have been driving me crazy.I ordered this product and received it late afternoon so decided to start with the PM supplement before going to bed.This product works so well for my night sweats that I would give it 5 stars. It really does work that well. Unfortunately, I am one of few who get migraine like headaches from melatonin. Ugh, why??If it weren't for that, I would highly recommend this product. If you don't have any issues with melatonin, then definitely buy this! I can't believe how well it works.I'll be researching other products but hope this reviews helps my fellow women out, looking for some relief from night sweats/hot flashes.
