I add them to yogurt and use stevia. The longer they sit in the yogurt the softer they are. I saw a post somewhere about mixing the raw cacao powder and these together. That sounded good too. So where does cocoa butter come from if not from the nibs? If you look at the Nutrition Facts on the package you'll see that the fat content is around 21%...that's cocoa butter. The nib is a seed (containing cocoa solids and cocoa butter) not a chocolate chip which is what, among other things, chocolate manufacturers make from the nibs after a significant amount of processing.
