I was struggling to unwrap the label from the roller. The customer service agent was so patience with me. I am an elder and could not get a good grip on the paper. He was encouraging and step by step he helped me unwiggle the paper, set up the drivers, print out my label, and never once failed to answer my questions. This little printer is just the right size. not heavy and loading is simple, no heavy lifting. The print is dark enough for what I need. He helped me download the app, explained how to use it, walked me through printing, saving and I know I can do it by myself next time. Great support guys! if I could figure out how to put a picture here I would. I recommend this for anyone who needs a label from time to time or to label everything their craft room or workshop.

I own a small business on Etsy and I used to print out shipping labels on my crappy old printer, cut them out, and tape the labels to my packages and had never considered a dedicated label printer until I saw this adorable one on Cyber Monday. I always thought shipping label printers were clunky and took up a lot of useless space but this one is really nicely designed, compact, fast, and isn't an eyesore in my home office. All I can say is if you own a small business - run, don’t walk, and buy it asap. Super easy to set up, just plug in the USB flash drive they include in the box into your computer, and stored on the flash drive are tons of tutorial videos, printer drivers for Windows and Mac, and they even include their own label editing software called Labelife for you to use (which is also really user friendly and easy to navigate). They even include a USB C adapter - it's the little details and thought they put into this product that impressed me enough to want to write a review in the first place.Also, I didn't realize it came with a label storage stand that you can use to hold your labels LOL. The only thing I wish was the color of the stand they included was all white like the printer I bought (the stand is black). But honestly, it doesn't bother me since I never planned to use a stand anyways as I prefer the fan-folded labels. However, I can see how the stand would be helpful if I had 2-3 differently-sized labels that I consistently needed to swap out and use.I can't wait for more orders to come in so I can start using this label maker with them! There was another review where a fellow Etsy shop owner mentioned you can go to Settings > Shipping Settings > Shipping Label Options and chose the option to "Format my labels for 4x6 Label Printers" - absolutely do this, great tip!

I've had this printer for several years now but from the beginning, it has constantly had issues. Unfortunately I didn't use it before the return window passed due to starting a new business, I was in the process of buying all my equipment (in hindsight I should have tested it out at least).Now I've been stuck with this printer that's completely useless, each time I try to print something the feed eats too many sheets or it just doesn't "fit". I don't even know to how to describe the issue but I definitely did everything I can to search on the internet about the certain dimensions and EVERYTHING. I even try to feed it one slip at a time (2x2 round labels) and (4x6 shipping labels)... it takes it the first second and then doesn't feed through after. It's extremely troublesome, I've hesitated to buy a new one for the past few years because my business doesn't require using it enough to justify spending another $200 for a thermal printer...Extremely unsatisfied. DO NOT BUY (unless there's a newer model, maybe it's better now).

We have had this printer for a while and it has been so far one of the best printers I have ever had. Not only that I was thoroughly impressed with the online support team they have available if you run into any issues. I’m not the most software savvy and installing the driver is typically simple but just in case I contacted support and they walked me through step by step to be sure I was all set. Their flawless communication made me feel assured the company actually cared and got me up and running in no time. Highly recommend for eBay/posh/etsy sellers.

Great price, good quality, easy to install and use and simple design I love the most about this thermal printer. I've been using this printer for my Etsy shop, and has been serving the purpose very well.However, today I found that it does NOT work with USPS shipping label. You can try to go around and use some tricks to make it work (screen shot and then print to fit 4x6). But, in my case, even the tricks didn't work, only printed out the barcode part. I had to google to figure this out, and turned out that USPS does not provide 4X6 format, and if you don't want to add more steps to work, you may not buy this printer.But, other than this issue, everything was great. Unfortunately, I am returning this because I need other printer that actually works with USPS (ex. Rollo)

this printer is very awful i can’t seem to get my shipping labels to print onto a label. the labels spit through but not ink on the label. nothing works on this thing i can’t get anything to print

i didn’t know much about label printers but i just started a small business and this one does exactly what i need it to. the print quality is great and perfect size to fit my cluttered desk ! i’ve printed 4x6 labels and stickers so far and not troubles with jamming.i wanted bluetooth and though this is not that,it comes with a cable for my mac which is fine. one may have trouble understanding the app,but as long as your not doing anything special you should be okay. customer service is great too. for a start, definitely try this printer out.
