Not wise to purchase heavy appliances from Amazon
Received damaged product. Having water leakage from bottom of the Visi Cooler. Western has upfronly denied to provide any kind of services. Even Amazon customer service has failed to provide resolutions. My money is inappropriately stuck without any valid reasons. I have learnt from my experience that it was never a wise decision to purchase heavy appliance from Amazon.

Stopped working within one week
Am very disappointed with the product. I bought this with very excitement and need basis and it worked only couple of days and have tried for replacement but it's only a week and am just 1 day ahead of that. It's very bad 👎 😕 for me. This is the first time am suffering from past many years with Amazon. This cause the trusts for Amazon that we are losing day by day.I don't want to go somewhere for warranty and others when I bought the 32k product from Amazon. They should take care all these things. We don't have time and that's the reason we bought Products from Amazon.Thanks for this type of great service you guys provided.Good Day Team.

Very worst customer service {PREMIER REFRIGERATION ENTERPRISES} after multiple follow no one responding to fix the issue. My fridge is not working within 6 months it's getting a lot of issues.
