Hello Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend sending it in to our repair center to be inspected as we do not provide instructions on how to repair a watch (including a batter replacement). Details on how to do this can be found at https://www.citizenwatch.com/us/en/parts-repairs.html

Q: What is the width of the band?

This appears to be a special band. At the case back is it approximately 8mm and then goes to approximately 10mm.

Q: Is the band fold over clasp?

Yes and it tends to be too large fora woman's wrist.
