I saw other sellers reviews and had doubts of getting the Aeron renewed on Amazon. However, when I saw the amount of packaging that went into shipping this to me, I knew it would be a good quality renewed product. Lots of packaging to take off but the chair looks and behaves like brand new! 10/10 would buy again from them WB Seating. They provided easy instructions to assemble and a custom made tag that shows you how to operate the chair. Very professional.

I know this is a refurbished product, and I expected there to be signs of wear and tear. Like some scratches here and there. I was not expecting the god awful smell that wanted out of the box when I opened it. I also didn't expect the mystery sticky substance on the arm of the chair. Usually part of refurbishing a product involves some level of cleaning, but not this thing apparently.That being said, after spending a couple hours cleaning it, it is a really great chair.

The item was okay. It isnt broken, but its not perfect. The chair adjustment do as they are supposed to.

The chair hydraulics do not work. It was purchased and left in the box until I needed it assembled which was 10/11/2023. I need assistance with this chair.

The adjustments do not work and the chair constantly sinks regardless of adjustment. The cover was cracked and clearly this was a used item. Buyer beware.

Buyer beware: these are refurbished Herman Miller chairs. The chair was well-packed and secured for shipping. The chair I received "looks" brand new; however, not all of the adjustment functions of the chair work (chair tilt/lock levers do not work - chair does not tilt). I was ok with that initially because I do not use either of these adjustments.The chair worked great for about two and half months. Then, the hydraulic cylinder began to fail. Now, after I sit in the chair for half hour or so, it sinks down an inch or more. I am guessing the seller uses cheap parts to restore these chairs, and they just do not last long.Of course, now I am beyond the return date. So, I have ordered a high quality hydraulic cylinder (from a different seller) and will replace myself. Hopefully, I can get the chair back to useful functionality and cut my losses on it. (These things aren't cheap, even when bought refurbished.)

Chair is broken and missing a pin. I've reached out to no avail to the store.

The media could not be loaded. the chair came broken and faulty, the mechanism was broken and it does not work. now they tell me to return it, but the mail does not accept it in such a video. can't be disassembled without special tools.
