Well, was looking forward to something to substitute my Vodka with. I'll just stick with my Vodka. Tried a Vodka tonic, my favorite drink next to gin and tonic and also Tequila tonic, with STRYKK and it SUCKED! Even added some vodka to try and help the flavor. No success. Leaves a burning sensation on the tongue from what appears to be from pepper and not pleasant. WAY too sweet! I use lemon in my Vodka tonics and also lime. Sorry Doc, guess I'll just stay with the alcohol, but at least I don't drink lots of it. I like a nice Vodka tonic in the afternoon while sitting on the deck over looking the river and watching the wildlife. How sweet it is!

ok so this is a fake vodka for mixed drinks, I think the bad reviews are people just tasting it straight out of the bottle. we made martinis for a birthday, just to have fun, we did not want to be drinking at work, so we used this with stuffed olives and olive juice and it was flippin good. I have to tell ya. In a shaker with ice it was perfect, had a similar taste to vodka, and dirty with olive juice it was perfect and it was a lot of fun.buy it, use it as a mixer and youre good to go

It is a little bit spicy but more comparable to maybe cinnamon than vodka. Definitely does not have the bite that vodka has. And remember, buy at your own risk. Not returnable.

I read the reviews before purchasing this non-vodka. First, I want to say that I am 589 days sober and vodka was my drink of choice. Due to all the awful reviews about how this product tastes so bad straight and how it would be better in a mixed drink, I decided to mix up a little mocktail with the non vodka. It was good but I didn’t taste the “bite” that alcohol has. Let’s face it, nothing is going to taste as good as the real thing but I started thinking… maybe I try it straight (even though the reviews were adamant about it not being I’m good as a stand alone “liquor”. The pepper was much more evident and as I sipped on the chilled imitator, I thought, this is pretty good! Personally, I think the pepper and menthol need to be stronger to more accurately depict the flavor of alcohol but as a person in recovery, this hit all the marks. I even got to dust off the cocktail shaker and my martini glass to partake this evening.

Like a lot of people we are entrenched in dry January. We decided to give this “vodka” a try with tempered hopes. When it arrived I opened it and took a sniff.. to my surprise it smelled very similar to vodka. Ok, I was excited, I mixed us up two dirty martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives. We sat, clinked are glasses and sipped. We sat in silence while trying to place the taste, but vodka it was not. I ended up just taking a swig from the bottle and it’s just water with a hint of spice and some other flavor that could not be determined. For something that costed as much as grey goose this was very disappointing. Do not buy, you too will be disappointed, just take your medicine and wait for this god forsaken month of sobriety to be over.

This makes a Great Bloody Mary, Great taste and none of the problems associated with alcohol. I highly recommend this.

I stopped drinking g alcohol over three years ago, and haven’t looked back. Now and then, however, it’s nice to have something a little different and this Not Vodka suits. It made a great dirty “martini” and a brilliant non-Bloody Mary. Has a nice peppery taste which mimics the burn of the real stuff but without the ridiculous behavior and horrible manners.

This is absolutely horrible. DO NOT waste your money. I get that it is NA, but has absolutely the worst taste. Get the RUM version! That actually tastes like rum.
