I like to buy things raw whenever they are available. I have been eating this nori for years. Whenever I run out of this I order more. It’s a staple in our house.

My wife absolutely loves these raw organic nori sheets, as she used them to make healthy snacks for her and my two-year-old to munch on throughout the day, and she wanted an item that retained as many of the natural attributes of raw seaweed as possible.These sheets, when dampened, are more fragile than their "cooked" counterparts. One had to use more care when handling them as they would "tear" more easily when rolling them into tubes after layering a filling within the flattened sheet. The raw sheets, however, also sealed more easily into tubes, than the cooked varieties.My wife, when she has used all 100 of her current sheets, plans for me to reorder for her.

I have a sensitive stomach and the carb heavy meals stick with me and make me feel tired. Making all sorts of salads into nori wraps has been a real game changer. This is an amazing deal, will not need to purchase again for another few months. Also, these keep very well.

Tasty and does not fall apart
I never ordered this product. I ordered raw nori called Goldmine.I originally bought the Goldmine nori from the store and found it to be tasty and the sheets were chewy not dry like many others. When they are dry they crack when you put something in them and roll them.I've been substituting nori sheets for bread. Sometimes I do lettuce leaves.Long story short I got these nori sheets Ithe ones with a picture of poseidon on the packaging instead of the ones called Goldmine.i liked them and they seem comparable to Goldmine. One day I will do a side by side comparison.
