This new pillow is absolutely amazing! I slept so comfortably, it felt just like the luxurious sleep you get at a high-end hotel. The pillow is incredibly soft and fluffy, perfectly cradling my head with great support and a cozy, enveloping feel. No neck stiffness at all! The material is breathable and quiet, even when I shift positions. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch sleep quality!

I don't normally write reviews but these pillows are amazing. After sleeping on these in a hotel, I immediately found the tag and ordered them. They are exactly the same hotel pillow. They are super soft and comfortable. You won't be dissapointed in these.

Even though I read a lot of comments about the quality of this product I wanted to give it a try. It's true that they don't feel like the good ones I sleep with in that fancy hotel I visited last year, but they are very comfortable and a good product overall. I'm keeping them

A motel we stayed at recently had the most comfortable pillows I had ever slept on. I took a picture of the label and went on Amazon and ordered two Envirosleep Dream Surrender Pillows when we got home.There was a packing error and we received Envirosleep Platinum pillows. I contacted Sterling Avenue, the seller, and they apologized for the error. Liz said the Platinum pillows were very similar to the Dream Surrender pillows and suggested that I try them out for a few nights before deciding whether to make the exchange. It turned out that my husband liked the Platinum (medium firm support). Since I still wanted the Dream Surrender (firm support) they are shipping it out to me.UPDATE: I received the pillow today. It is as comfortable as I remembered from the motel. I have to say, Sterling Avenue is one of the most responsive companies I've worked with. I would highly recommend both the pillows and seller.

I was diligent in searching for pillows that were firm enough (did not bend in half easily) and still had a little give for softness. The pillows I received were folded over (easily) and shoved in a box. I allowed them to rest, unfolded for a little while before trying them out. Needless to say, they were Soft, quite soft, which is how they were able to be shoved in a box. Very disappointed. Must shop for pillows in person.

I sleep mostly on my side. I like to tuck my shoulder under the pillow. I like my head to be held up to the level of my neck, not sink down into the pillow. These pillows are very fluffy, hold their shape, good fabric, well made. But they are VERY soft. My head sinks way down in them, below my neck. I’m giving them away after trying to live with them for a while. If you like super soft pillows, you’ll love these.

Soft yet supportive. No neck pain in the morning.

I originally found these pillows at a hotel we were staying at (because they were super comfy) and I wanted to knw what brand they were. I love how they're soft to the touch but firm (but not too firm). For me, it's a good balance. Will buy these again in the future!
